The Heinzelmann CHEF-S features a solid IPX7 waterproof stainless steel, construction for professional use. The base is easily removed for proper cleaning. Manual operation | Simple and easy operation
Press this button to wake up the machine and enter standby mode, ready to work. At this time, the display shows the current temperature and the set operating times of the last work process.
Press "°C / °F" to select the machine's temperature display unit. There are two temperature units to choose from: Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Press this button to switch between temperature and time.
Press (3) to select the temperature or time to be adjusted, then use the "+" and "-" buttons.
First pressure: the machine starts working. (wait until the target temperature is reached) Second printing: time begins to count down. (flashing of ":") Third press: the machine stops working and returns to standby mode.
